摘　　要：在妊娠期高血压疾病的治疗过程中,肾上腺素受体阻滞剂的应用具有一定的实际意义。本文全面综述妊娠期高血压疾病的病理生理机制以及肾上腺素受体阻滞剂的分类、治疗现状以及在降压和改善预后方面的应用价值,为妊娠期高血压疾病治疗提供更精准更个体化的用药选择。The application of adrenergic receptor blockers has certain practical significance in the treatment of gestational hypertension.This article comprehensively reviews the pathophysiological and physiological mechanisms of gestational hypertension,as well as the classification,current treatment status,and the potential value of adrenergic receptor blockers in lowering blood pressure and improving prognosis.It aims to provide a more precise and individualized treatment options for gestational hypertension.
