摘 要:针对常规抽油杆偏磨断脱事故频发,扶正器加剧油管磨损等问题,定制了等径空心防偏磨抽油杆。使用数值模拟方法对等径空心防偏磨抽油杆的使用性能进行分析。建立等径空心防偏磨抽油杆上下冲程的受力分析模型,基于数值模拟方法得到等径空心防偏磨抽油杆在上下冲程中的受力变形情况,评定在新疆油田井筒环境中的使用性能。分析结果表明,在上下冲程中,等径空心防偏磨抽油杆与油管的接触分布都较为平均,抽油杆与油管之间的偏磨程度大大降低,进而显著降低抽油杆接箍断脱的风险。In view of the problems that conventional sucker rod eccentric wear and disconnection accident frequent occurs,and the centralizer aggravates the wear of the tubing,the equal-diameter hollow anti-eccentric sucker rod was customized.Numerical simulation method was used to analyze the performance of the equal-diameter hollow anti-eccentric sucker rod.The force analysis models of the upper and lower strokes of the equal-diameter hollow anti-eccentric sucker rod were established,the force deformations of the equal-diameter hollow anti-eccentric sucker rod in the upper and lower strokes were obtained based on numerical simulation method,and the performance in the Xinjiang oilfield wellbore environment was evaluated.The analysis result shows that in the upper and lower strokes,the contact distribution between the equal-diameter hollow anti-eccentric sucker rod and the tubing is relatively even,and the degree of eccentricity between the sucker rod and the tubing is greatly reduced,which significantly reduces the risk of the sucker rod coupling breakage.
