摘  要:最近几年,我国经济实力不断增强,工业化、城市化的建设步伐也在逐渐加快,医疗、基建、交通等设施也越来越发达。在我国医疗事业不断发展的背景下,医院对于管理人才的需求也在不断增加,传统的管理人才引进与培养机制已经难以满足现阶段医疗事业的发展,也无法满足医院对于高质量人才的需求。所以,医院应当认识到目前管理人才引进与培养机制中存在的不足之处,并且根据其具体问题,采取有效的对策;对医院人才引进与培养机制进行创新,提升管理人才引进质量,重视管理人才培养,实现医院高素质管理人才队伍的构建。文章将从医院管理人才引进与培养机制概述、不足之处以及优化对策3个方面进行分析和论述。Under the background of continuous development of China's medical career,the hospital's demand for management talent also continues to increase.The traditional introduction and training mechanism of management talent can not meet the present stage of the development of medical career,also can not meet the hospital's needs for high quality talent.Therefore,the hospital should recognize the shortcomings of the current management talent introduction and training mechanism,and take effective countermeasures according to its specific problems to innovate the hospital talent introduction and training mechanism,improve the quality of management talent introduction,pay attention to management talent training,and realize the construction of high-quality management talent team in the hospital.This article will be from the hospital management talent introduction and training mechanism overview,shortcomings and optimization of three aspects of the analysis and discussion.
