医学院校附属医院创新型师资管理队伍建设的探讨

摘　　要：医学院校附属医院的主要工作中,做好医学人才带教和培养是主要内容之一,为了更好地提升教学质量,医学院校附属医院加强教学管理是非常重要的,医学院校附属医院还需要建设创新型师资管理团队,而想要建设创新型的师资管理团队,还需要医学院附属医院充分认识到建设师资管理团队的重要性,然后结合医学院的情况,引入更多新型管理理念和管理方式,更好地保证师资管理团队素质和师资管理团队人员的综合素质。因此,本文首先分析了医学院校附属医院师资管理团队建设中存在的问题,然后探究医学院校附属医院创新型师资管理团队建设的意义,最后对医学院校附属医院创新型师资管理团队建设的具体策略进行探究,以供参考。In the main work of the affiliated hospital of medical university,it is one of the main contents to do a good job in the teaching and training of medical talents.In order to better improve the teaching quality,it is very important for the affiliated hospital of medical university to strengthen the teaching management.It is also necessary for the affiliated hospital of the medical school to fully realize the importance of building a teacher management team,and then combine the situation of the medical school to introduce more new management concepts and management methods to better ensure the quality of the teacher management team and the comprehensive quality of the staff of the teacher management team.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teacher management team in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,then explores the significance of the construction of innovative teacher management team in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,and finally explores the specific strategies for the construction of innovative teacher management team in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges for reference.
