当归饮子联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨当归饮子联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹急性发作血虚风燥证的疗效及对血清补体(complement,C)3、C4水平和复发率的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年4月诸暨市中医医院接诊的慢性荨麻疹患者135例,采用随机数字表法分为西医组、中医组、中西医结合组,每组各45例。西医组患者采用氯雷他定治疗,中医组患者采用当归饮子治疗,中西医结合组患者采用当归饮子联合氯雷他定治疗,三组的疗程均为2个月。治疗后,比较三组患者的临床疗效和血清C3、C4、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig)A、IgG、IgE的变化情况,并随访治疗后3个月的复发情况。结果中西医结合组治疗后的总有效率明显高于中医组、西医组,且中医组高于西医组(P<0.05)。中西医结合组患者治疗后的C3、C4、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IgA、IgG水平均高于中医组、西医组,中医组患者的上述指标均高于西医组。中西医结合组患者的IgE、复发率明显低于中医组、西医组,中医组低于西医组(P<0.05)。结论当归饮子与氯雷他定联合治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效明显,提升患者的C3、C4及免疫功能水平,复发率低。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Danggui Yinzi combined with loratadine in the treatment of acute urticaria with blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome and its effect on serum complement(C)3 and C4 levels and recurrence rate.Methods A total of 135 patients with acute attack of chronic urticaria admitted to Zhuji Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected,they were divided into Western medicine group,Chinese medicine group and integrated Chinese and Western medicine group by random number table method,45 cases in each group.Western medicine group was treated with loratadine,Chinese medicine group was treated with Danggui Yinzi,and integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with angelica Yinzi combined with loratadine.The course of treatment in the three groups was 2 months.After treatment,The clinical efficacy,serum levels of C3,C4,CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,IgE were compared between the three groups,the recurrence was followed up 3 months after treatment.Results Compared with the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,the total effective rate in integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was higher,and the Chinese medicine group was higher than Western medicine group(P<0.05);Compared with the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,the C3,C4,CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IgA and IgG in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group were all higher,and the above indicators in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than the Western medicine group,the IgE and recurrence rate in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group were significantly lower than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Yinzi combined with loratadine has obvious curative effect in the treatment of chronic urticaria,improving the levels of C3,C4 and immune functi
