摘 要:全髋膝关节置换术作为严重髋膝关节退行性疾病的常见治疗方法,可以改善患者生存质量,但手术操作常常会损害躯体的本体感觉。术后缺乏有效的康复训练导致本体感觉持续受损,患者出现平衡功能障碍,导致跌倒风险增高。本体感觉训练通过刺激机体本体感受器,增强信息传入高级运动中枢协调控制人体的姿势及运动,有助于髋、膝关节置换术后患者的功能恢复。Total hip and knee arthroplasty,a common treatment for severe degenerative diseases of the hip and knee,can increase the quality of life of patients,but surgical procedures often impair the proprioception of the body.Lack of effective rehabilitation training after surgery causes sustained impairment of proprioception and balance dysfunction in patients,leading to an elevated risk of falls.Proprioceptive training is beneficial to the functional recovery of patients after hip and knee arthroplasty by stimulating body proprioceptors and afferent higher motor centers to coordinately control the posture and movement of the human body.
