摘 要:创新创业教育是我国进入高等教育大众化阶段后提出的急迫命题,也是推进我国高等教育发展转型并实现高质量发展的重要举措。创新创业教育的本质在于开发大学生的创新创业潜能,核心目标是培养大学生的创新创业能力。要实现这个目标,就需要回答五个基本问题:一是该如何科学界定创新创业能力并进行有效测量?二是创新创业能力发展的主要影响因素及其作用机制是什么?三是创新创业能力培养如何适应办学层次或类型差别?四是如何检验我国大学生创新创业计划项目实施效果并进行完善?五是如何借鉴发达国家的经验来完善我国创新创业教育制度设计?实践证明,思辨研究与田野研究的结合是研究大学生创新创业能力结构与测量手段的最佳方法,研究者只有具备田野研究和思辨研究的综合能力,才能胜任创新创业教育研究工作。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an urgent proposition proposed by China in the stage of higher education popularization,and it is also an important measure to promote the transformation and high-quality development of higher education in China.The essence of innovation and entrepreneurship education lies in developing the potential of students for innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,the core goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education is to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of college students.To cultivate college students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,there are five basic questions that need to be answered.Firstly,how to scientifically define innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities and effectively measure them?Secondly,what are the main influencing factors and their mechanisms for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities? Thirdly, how can the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship abilityadapt to differences in educational levels or types? Fourth, how to test the effectiveness of theimplementation of innovation and entrepreneurship plans for college students in China and improve them?Fifth, how to draw on the experience of developed countries to promote the design of China's innovationand entrepreneurship education system to be more perfect? Practice has proven that the combination ofspeculative research and field research is the best method to study the structure and measurement ofcollege students' innovation and entrepreneurship abilities. Therefore, researchers must have thecomprehensive ability of field research and speculative research in order to be competent for the researchof innovation and entrepreneurship education.
