摘　　要：目的 系统整合血液肿瘤患儿照顾者的照护体验。方法 计算机检索中英文数据库中关于血液肿瘤患儿照顾者照护体验的质性研究,检索时段从建库至2022年12月。采用JBI循证卫生保健中心的质量评价标准对文献进行评价,并通过meta整合方法对研究结果进行整合分析。结果 共纳入13篇文献,提炼出65个研究结果,汇集成7个新的类别,归总为3个整合结果:(1)照顾者遭受多种消极体验;(2)照顾者创伤后成长;(3)照顾者希望能得到多方面的支持援助。结论 照顾者在照护期间遭遇多重挑战,心理、身体都承受巨大压力,建议对其提供情感、社会等多方面支持,以促进照顾者创伤后成长,最终重建其生活状态。Objective To System integration the care experience of caregivers for children with hematological tumors.Methods A qualitative study on the care experience of caregivers for children with hematological tumors was conducted in a computer retrieval database in both Chinese and English,with a search period from the establishment of the database to December 2022.The literature was evaluated using the quality evaluation standards of the JBI evidence-based healthcare center,and the research results were integrated and analyzed through meta-analysis.Results A total of 13 articles were included,65 research results were extracted,and 7 new categories were summarized into 3 integrated results:①Caregivers suffered from multiple negative experiences;②Caregivers grew after trauma;③Caregivers hope to receive comprehensive support and assistance.Conclusions Caregivers face multiple challenges during the care period,and are subjected to immense psychological and physical pressure.It is recommended to provide emotional,social,and other support to promote their post-traumatic growth and ultimately rebuild their living conditions.
