摘 要:为了探究催化剂制备过程中不同酸处理对催化性能的影响,降低三氟碘甲烷(CF_(3)I)生产成本以推进其作为灭火剂在民航领域的应用,采用无机酸(HNO_(3)、HCl、H_(2)SO_(4))和有机酸(CH_(3)COOH、CF_(3)COOH、C_(6)H_(8)O_(7))分别对活性炭(AC,activated carbon)进行预处理,以处理后的AC作为载体制备一系列KF/AC催化剂,研究其在相同工况下催化合成的性能(以CF_(3)I收率计)。结果表明:除柠檬酸(C_(6)H_(8)O_(7))外,无机酸和有机酸处理均会使AC微孔孔容增加;不同酸处理均会增加AC表面羧基和催化剂碱性位点数量;K元素在微孔中的负载量对催化剂的性能起关键作用;有机酸处理可使微孔负载量达到未处理催化剂的3倍以上,效果明显优于无机酸处理;三氟乙酸(CF_(3)COOH)处理对催化性能提升最明显。In order to explore the effects of different acid treatments on catalytic performance during catalyst preparation,and reduce the production cost of trifluoroiodomethane(CF_(3)I)to promote its application as a fire extinguishing agent in the field of civil aviation,inorganic acids(HNO_(3),HCl,H_(2)SO_(4))and organic acids(CH_(3)COOH,CF_(3)COOH,C_(6)H_(8)O_(7))were used to pretreat activated carbon(AC),and a series of KF/AC catalysts were prepared using the treated AC as a carrier.The catalytic synthesis performance under the same operating conditions was measured by CF_(3)I yield.The results showed that both inorganic acid and organic acid treatment will increase the AC micropore volume,except for citric acid(C_(6)H_(8)O_(7)).Different acid treatments will increase the number of carboxyl groups on the AC surface and alkaline sites of catalyst.The microporous loading of K played a key role in the performance of catalysts.Organic acid treatment can increase the microporous loading to three times more than that of untreated catalysts,and the effect was significantly better than that of inorganic acid treatment.The treatment with trifluoroacetic acid(CF_(3)COOH)showed the most significant improvement of the catalytic performance.
