摘　　要：目的:分析性激素替代疗法联合常规保健治疗更年期综合征的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年2月烟台市芝罘区妇幼保健收治的70例更年期综合征患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成两组,各35例。对照组采用常规保健治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用性激素替代疗法。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、睡眠质量指数、自我症状评定量表评分及卵泡雌激素、黄体生成素水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:性激素替代疗法联合常规保健治疗更年期综合征的效果显著,能够缓解患者负性情绪,提高睡眠质量,改善雌激素水平与临床症状。Objective:To analyze the effect of sex hormone replacement therapy combined with conventional health care in treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods:A total of 70 patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to Yantai Zhifu District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine health care,and the study group adopted sex hormone replacement therapy on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,sleep quality index,self-symptom rating scale,as well as the levels of follicular-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of estradiol in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:The sex hormone replacement therapy combined with conventional health care has significant effects in treatment of climacteric syndrome,and can relieve negative emotions,improve the sleep quality,ameliorate the estrogen level and clinical symptoms.
