银翘解毒软胶囊联合常规西药治疗风热犯卫型乙型流行性感冒的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析银翘解毒软胶囊联合常规西药治疗风热犯卫型乙型流行性感冒的效果。方法:选取2019年11月—2022年2月南京市高淳中医院收治的风热犯卫型乙型流行性感冒患者60例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予磷酸奥司他韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用银翘解毒软胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。观察组发热、咽痛、咳嗽、全身关节酸痛、鼻塞流涕、头痛症状消失时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银翘解毒软胶囊联合常规西药治疗风热犯卫型乙型流行性感冒的效果较好,能够促进患者康复。Objective:To analyze the effect of Yinqiao Jiedu Soft Capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of wind heat invading lung type influenza B.Methods:From November 2019 to February 2022,60 patients with wind heat invading lung type influenza B who were admitted to Nanjing Gaochun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate,and the observation group was treated with Yinqiao Jiedu Soft Capsule on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).The disappearance time of fever,sore throat,cough,general joint pain,nasal congestion,runny nose symptoms and headachein the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinqiao Jiedu Soft Capsule combined with conventional western medicine is effective in the treatment of wind heat invading lung type influenza B,and can promote the recovery of patients.
