推拿、穴位贴敷联合玉屏风口服液在气虚型体质反复呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析推拿、穴位贴敷联合玉屏风口服液在气虚型体质反复呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月扬州市宝应县妇幼保健院儿科病区收治的气虚型体质反复呼吸道感染患儿80例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予玉屏风口服液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组发热、鼻塞、头痛头晕、流涕、咳嗽消失时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组面黄少华、少气懒言、食少纳呆、身倦乏力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组面黄少华、少气懒言、食少纳呆、身倦乏力评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,6个月内复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿、穴位贴敷联合玉屏风口服液在气虚型体质反复呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果较好,能够促进患儿康复,改善中医证候,降低复发率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of massage,acupoint application combined with Yupingfeng oral liquid in recurrent respiratory tract infection children with Qi deficiency constitution.Methods:A total of 80 recurrent respiratory tract infection children with Qi deficiency constitution who were admitted to the Pediatric Department of Baoying County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yupingfeng oral liquid,while the observation group was treated with massage combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:The disappearance time of fever,nasal congestion,headache and dizziness,runny nose,and cough in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of yellow complexion without glossiness,shortage of qi and disinclination to talk,poor appetite and anorexia,and fatigue between two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of yellow complexion without glossiness,shortage of qi and disinclination to talk,poor appetite and anorexia,and fatigue in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate within 6 months in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The massage,acupoint application combined with Yupingfeng oral liquid has good application effect in recurrent respiratory tract infection children with Qi deficie
