过渡期护理在老年衰弱综合征患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨过渡期护理在老年衰弱综合征患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年4月德阳市人民医院冠心病监护病房收治的100例老年衰弱综合征患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用过渡期护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组Fried衰弱综合征量表、老年抑郁量表、睡眠效率、入睡时间、催眠药物评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,两组Barthel指数、精神健康、一般健康状况、生理功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:过渡期护理在老年衰弱综合征患者中的应用效果较好,能够减缓衰弱程度,增强日常生活能力,减轻抑郁及睡眠障碍,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of transitional nursing in patients with senile asthenia syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with senile asthenia syndrome admitted to the Coronary Heart Disease Care Unit of Deyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing mode and the observation group adopted transitional nursing mode.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of Fried frailty phenotype assessment,Geriatric Depression Scale,sleep efficiency,sleep onset time,and hypnotic drugs in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the scores of Barthel index,mental health,general health status,and physiological function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The transitional nursing has good application effect in patients with senile asthenia syndrome,and can slow down the degree of frailty,enhance the ability of daily living,reduce depression and sleep disorders,and improve the quality of life.
