摘　　要：目的:探讨规范化管理在消毒供应中心手术室医疗器械消毒灭菌管理中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取2021年1—12月菏泽市第三人民医院消毒供应中心手术室医疗器材48件作为常规组,随机抽取2022年1—12月消毒供应中心手术室医疗器材48件作为观察组。常规组实施常规管理,观察组实施规范化管理。比较两组消毒供应中心手术室医疗器械的清洗质量、包装质量、消毒灭菌质量。结果:观察组手术室管道类、钳镊类、器皿类、精细类医疗器械清洗质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组手术室医疗器械包装材料、包装闭合性、器械摆放情况评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组手术室医疗器械生物监测合格率、B-D试验合格率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化管理在消毒供应中心手术室医疗器械消毒灭菌管理中的应用效果较好,能够提高手术室医疗器械清洗、包装、消毒灭菌质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized management in the disinfection and sterilization management of operating room medical instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of 48 pieces of operating room medical instruments in the Disinfection Supply Center of Heze Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the routine group,and 48 pieces of operating room medical instruments in the Disinfection Supply Center from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the observation group.The routine group implemented routine management,and the observation group implemented standardized management.The cleaning quality,packaging quality,disinfection and sterilization quality of operating room medical instruments in the Disinfection Supply Center were compared between the two groups.Results:The cleaning quality scores of pipes,forceps,utensils and fine medical instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of medical instrument packaging materials,packaging closure and instrument placement in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The pass rates of biological monitoring and B-D test of operating room medical instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of standardized management in the disinfection and sterilization management of operating room medical instruments in the disinfection supply center is good,which can improve the quality of cleaning,packaging,disinfection and sterilization of operating room medical instruments.
