摘　　要：烧嘴燃烧系统是冷轧连续退火炉的主体设备,冷轧连续退火炉的使用维护与燃烧控制直接影响备件成本和生产产品的性能是否达标。本文通过对冷轧厂连续退火炉烧嘴故障管理优化、烧嘴燃烧控制模式优化、烧嘴空燃比调整优化,为其后期退火炉烧嘴燃烧系统管理工作的开展提供相应的支持。The burner combustion system is the main equipment of cold-rolling continuous annealing furnace,and the use,maintenance and combustion control of the cold rolling continuous annealing furnace directly affect the cost of spare parts and whether the performance of the products is up to standard.In this paper,the management of the burner combustion system of the continuous annealing furnace in the cold rolling mill is optimized by optimizing the burner fault management,the burner combustion control mode,and the adjustment and optimization of the burner air-fuel ratio.
