摘 要:以酸轧联合机组轧机支承辊油膜润滑系统为研究对象,以降低在线油膜润滑油含水量为任务目标,综合分析现场油膜润滑系统进水原因,研究一种方便易行的能够降低油膜油含水量的操作方法,既能为轧辊轴承提供良好的润滑保障,又能解决润滑油长期含水量居高不下的问题,延长润滑油使用寿命,减少碳排放,实现降本增效及环保生产。In this paper,the oil film lubrication system of the back-up rolls of the rolling mill of the pickling-rolling unit is taken as the research object,and the task goal is to reduce the water content of the on-line oil film lubrication oil,and the causes of water inlet of the on-site oil film lubrication system are comprehensively analyzed,and a convenient and easy operation method that can reduce the water content of the oil film oil is studied.As a result,it can not only provide good lubrication guarantee for the roll bearings,but also solve the problem of long-term high water content of the lubricating oil to prolong the service life of the lubricating oil,reduce carbon emissions so that cost-reducing,efficiency-increasing and environmentally protective production can be achieved.
