摘　　要：提出了多次点动启动法,解决了螺杆式空压机在冬季低温环境下启动困难的问题,研究了螺杆式空压机冷却风扇阻塞排除法和空气滤清器阻塞排除法,解决了生产过程中出现的疑难问题,有效提高了螺杆式空压机的使用效率与寿命。In this paper,the multi-inching starting method is proposed to solve the problem that the screw air compressor is difficult to start in the low temperature environment in winter.The blockage eliminating methods of both the cooling fan of the screw air compressor and the air filter are studied and the difficult problems in the production process are solved so that the efficiency and service life of the screw air compressor are highly improved.
