摘　　要：本文结合烧结厂15#机头电除尘控制系统改造,收集了相关运行数据,对节能降耗进行了研究分析,在相同生产状态下节电率达到58%,粉尘浓度降低了48%,改造效果明显,为同类型的电除尘节能改造提供参考。Combined with the transformation of the electrostatic precipitator control system of No.15 machine head of the sintering plant,the relevant operation data are collected,and the energy saving and consumption reduction are studied and analyzed.The transformation effect is obvious because the power saving rate reaches 58%and the dust concentration is reduced by 48%under the same production state,and the transformation effect is obvious,which provides a reference for the energy-saving transformation of the same type of electrostatic precipitator.
