摘  要:随着市场对硅钢需求的增加,原工序中的酸洗产能已不能满足生产需要,因此对漂洗段及循环系统、酸洗槽进行了改进。改进后产线的酸洗能力提高,酸槽酸液浓度梯度优化后,酸洗能力进一步改善,同时,设备和工艺的改进也降低了能耗、减少了机组的废液排放。With the increase of market demand for silicon steel,the pickling capacity in the existing production line can no longer meet the production demands,so the rinsing section,circulation system and pickling tank have been improved.The pickling capacity of the production line has been improved,and the pickling capacity of the acid tank has been further improved after the acid concentration gradient of the acid tank has been optimized.In the meantime,the improvement of equipment and technology has also helped reduce energy consumption and the waste liquid discharge from the unit.
