摘  要:使用超重力过程强化技术合成了片状MFI分子筛,并将其应用于烯烃催化裂解(OCC)反应中。研究了进料方式、循环时间、晶化时间、晶化温度等超重力过程参数对片状MFI分子筛合成的影响。实验结果表明,采用等比例进料方式、增加混合液在超重力反应器中的混合循环时间,可有效提高试样的颗粒均匀性;超重力过程强化可明显加快分子筛的结晶生长,降低粒径大小;超重力可促进原料母液在结晶之前快速均匀混合,使得成核、结晶在均匀的环境中进行,进而影响硅源、铝源重排及结晶过程,得到晶粒粒度可控、粒径分布窄且具有较高结晶度的纳米颗粒;使用超重力过程强化技术制备的片状分子筛具有较小的粒径,较强的红外特征峰,较高的酸量,用于OCC反应中表现出较高的转化率及稳定性,具有优异的催化性能。A sheet-like MFI zeolite was synthesized using high-gravity process intensification technology and applied in olefin catalytic cracking(OCC)reaction.The effects of high gravity process parameters,such as feed-in method,cycle time,crystallization time and crystallization temperature,on the synthesis of sheet-like MFI zeolite were studied.The experimental results show that the uniformity of the sample particles can be effectively improved by adopting an equal proportion feed-in method and increasing the cycle time of the mixed liquid in the high gravity reactor.As the crystallization time increases,the high gravity process intensification technology can significantly accelerate the growth and crystallization of zeolite and reduce its particle size.High gravity can promote the rapid and uniform mixing of reactants before crystallization and enable the nucleation and crystallization processes to take place in a uniform environment,thus affecting the rearrangement of silicon and aluminum sources and the crystallization process,resulting in controllable grain size,narrow particle size distribution,and high crystallinity of nanoparticles.The sheet-like MFI zeolite prepared by high-gravity process intensification presents smaller particle size,stronger infrared characteristic peak,and higher acid content.It exhibits high conversion and stability in OCC reaction,and excellent catalytic performance.
