摘  要:煤自燃是亟需解决的全球性难题。为克服传统泡沫防灭火材料保水性差、作用时间短的缺陷,开发了一种稳定性强、保水率高的新型矿用防灭火材料,并对其保水性能进行测试。结果表明:添加0.2%的稳泡剂瓜尔胶能大幅提升复合发泡剂的析液半衰期,同比提升97.89%。当胶凝剂海藻酸钠和交联剂氯化钙质量分数分别为0.6%及0.2%时,凝胶泡沫的综合性能最佳,其成胶时间为10 min,粘度为6824 mpa·s,在80℃下持续加热10 h后的保水率仍然保有30.48%,展现出优异的防治潜力。Coal spontaneous combustion is a pressing global issue.To overcome the shortcomings of traditional foam fire-resistant materials,such as poor water retention and short duration of action,a new type of mining fire-resistant material with high stability and water retention has been developed,and its water retention performance has been tested.The results indicate that the addition of 0.2%guar gum stabilizer significantly improves the liquid half-life of the composite foaming agent,with a 97.89%increase compared to the control.When the mass fractions of the sodium alginate gelatinizer and calcium chloride crosslinker are 0.6%and 0.2%respectively,the gel foam exhibits optimal comprehensive performance,with a gelation time of 10 min and a viscosity of 6824 mPa·s.Even after continuous heating at 80℃ for 10 h,the water retention rate remains at 30.48%,demonstrating its excellent fire prevention potential.
