摘 要:利用气相色谱-飞行时间串联质谱(GC/TOF-MS)检测抗纹枯病品种(YSBR1)YS和感纹枯病品种(Lemont)LE接种纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn)后的代谢组差异,以探究水稻抗纹枯病机制。结果表明:R.solani侵染后,YS和LE分别有82和75个差异代谢物(DAM)的含量升高;相对于LE,YS中存在更多的氨基酸类差异代谢物,其中合成抗病因子(水杨酸、乙烯、木质素、叶绿素和γ-氨基丁酸)的氨基酸及其衍生物受诱导水平明显高于LE。结果提示YS对纹枯病的较强抗性可能与其自身特有的代谢产物尤其是抗病因子相关的氨基酸及其衍生物密切相关。Gas chromatography-time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry(GC/TOF-MS) was used to detect metabolomic differences between the disease-resistant variety YSBR1(YS) and the disease-susceptible variety Lemont(LE) after inoculation with Rhizoctonia solani Kühn in order to investigate the mechanism of rice resistance to sheath blight.The results showed that after the inoculation of R.solani,YS and LE elevated to respectively 82 and 75 differential metabolites(DAM)levels.More amino acid-like differential metabolites were present in YS compared to LE,the induced levels of amino acids and their derivatives synthesize disease resistance factors(salicylic acid,ethylene,lignin,chlorophyll andγ-aminobutyric acid)in YS were significantly higher than those in LE.The results suggested that the higher resistance of YS to R.solani may be closely related to its specific metabolites,especially amino acids and their derivatives related to disease resistance factors.
