马克思经济周期理论的逻辑蕴涵及其现实启示

摘　　要：马克思深入研究了资本主义经济运行中的周期现象,着重阐释了经济周期的内涵、阶段、根源、传导机制以及危机发生的可能性,认为资本主义基本矛盾导致的利益冲突是经济危机的根源,资本主义信用制度加剧了危机爆发的可能性。由于经济周期性波动的规律源于资本追求剩余价值的内在属性,所以马克思经济周期理论同样适用于社会主义市场经济。在建设社会主义市场经济体制的进程中,要谨防货币信用关系引发经济波动和危机,努力促进共同富裕保持经济健康发展,稳定和促进就业,增加有效需求。Marx carried on the thorough research of capitalist economic cycle phenomenon,emphatically analyzed the connotation of the economic cycle,stage,root,transmission mechanism,and the possibility of a crisis,thinks the economic crisis of capitalism derived from the basic contradiction led to conflicts of interest,and credit system increased the possibility of a crisis of capitalism.Because the law of economic periodic fluctuation originates from the intrinsic property of capital pursuing surplus value,so Marx’s business cycle theory is also applicable to socialist market economy.In the process of building a socialist market economy,we should guard against economic fluctuations and crises caused by monetary and credit relations,strive to promote common prosperity,maintain healthy economic development,stabilize and promote employment and increase effective demand.
