摘 要:为满足住宅建筑节能75%的要求,同时为避免高层或超高层建筑外墙外保温层脱落造成的安全事故,常采用外墙内保温技术工艺,提高建筑节能,减少能源消耗,但是当内保温材料为轻集料保温板时,其在提高节能效果的同时也增加了瓷砖空鼓、脱落的风险。为研究厨卫间保温板基层对瓷砖粘结强度的影响规律,并进一步确定厨卫间保温板墙面瓷砖粘贴工艺,本文设计了两种瓷砖粘贴试验方案,一种是采用水泥砂浆为粘接层,另一种是采用胶泥为粘接层,每种方案6个试块,分别测试不同瓷砖粘结层的14 d和28 d抗拉强度。结果表明:当粘结层为水泥砂浆或胶泥时,均能满足JGJ/T 110—2017《建筑工程饰面砖粘结强度检验标准》对现场试验每组试样平均粘结强度不小于0.4 MPa的要求,其中,粘结层为水泥砂浆时的抗拉强度较优,其较胶泥基层的14 d抗拉强度平均提高60%~90%,且水泥砂浆的28 d抗拉强度较胶泥材料提高94%。To meet the requirement of 75%energy efficiency in residential buildings,and to avoid safety accidents caused by the detachment of the external insulation layer of high-rise or super high-rise buildings,external wall internal insulation technology is often used to improve building energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption.However,when the internal insulation material is lightweight aggregate insulation board,it not only improves energy efficiency but also increases the risk of tile hollowing and detachment.In order to study the influence of the base layer of the kitchen and bathroom insulation board on the bonding strength of ceramic tiles,and further determine the bonding process of ceramic tiles on the wall surface of the kitchen and bathroom insulation board,this paper designs two ceramic tile bonding test plans,with 6 sets of test blocks for each plan,and tests the 14 days and 28 days tensile strength tests of different ceramic tile bonding layers.The results show that when the bonding layer is made of cement mortar or clay,it can meet the requirement that the average bond strength of each group of specimens in the field test is not less than 0.4 MPa of JGJ/T 110-2017 Testing standard for adhesive strength of tapestrybrick of construction engineering.Among them,the tensile strength of the bonding layer made of cement mortar is better,with an average increase of 60%to 90%compared to the 14 days tensile strength of the clay base layer,and the 28 days tensile strength of cement mortar is 94%higher than that of the clay material.
