摘 要:目的探究平潭东岸近岸海水中的主要细菌种类、分布及其与人类健康的关系。方法采用基因测序和细菌培养的方法, 对平潭东岸近岸提取的7个海水样本进行微生物学分析。结果采样时, 平潭沿岸海水的气温为28.00 ℃, 水温为24.30 ℃, 溶解氧浓度为8.76 mg/L;码头水温为26.60 ℃, 溶解氧浓度为7.12 mg/L。海水细菌培养后, 共分离出29株弧菌科细菌, 包括溶藻弧菌、副溶血弧菌和沙鱼弧菌等, 以及20种其他科细菌, 包括大肠埃希菌、阴沟杆菌和粪肠球菌等致病菌。海水细菌基因测序显示, 变形菌门在平潭东岸近岸海水中约占70%;弧菌属在平潭东北区域海水中占26.08%~31.14%。结论平潭东岸近岸海水中的细菌主要是革兰阴性菌, 以弧菌为主。在进行海水浸泡伤的救治时, 应优先考虑针对革兰阴性菌的抗生素。Objective To investigate the main bacterial species,distribution patterns,and their relationship with human health in the nearshore seawater of the east coast of Pingtan Island.Methods Genetic sequencing and bacterial culture methods were employed to analyze the bacterial composition of seven seawater samples collected from different locations along the east coast of Pingtan Island.Results At the time of sampling,the air temperature of the coast in Pintan was 28.0℃,the water temperature was 24.30℃,and the dissolved oxygen concentration was 8.76 mg/L.At the dock,the water temperature was 26.60℃,and the dissolved oxygen concentration was 7.12 mg/L.A total of 29 strains of bacteria belonging to the Vibrionaceae family were isolated through seawater bacterial culture,including Vibrio alginolyticus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and Vibrio harveyi.Additionally,20 strains of potential pathogenic bacteria from other families,such as Escherichia coli,Enterobacter cloacae,and Enterococcus faecalis,were also identified.Genetic sequencing analysis indicated that the phylum Proteobacteria accounted for approximately 70%of the bacterial composition in the nearshore seawater of the east coast of Pingtan Island,and the genus Vibrio comprising 26.08%to 31.14%of the bacterial composition in the northeastern waters of Pingtan Island.Conclusion The main bacterial species in the nearshore seawater of the east coast of Pingtan Island are Gram-negative bacteria,with Vibrio species being the predominant bacterial group.When treating seawater immersion injuries,antibiotics targeting Gram-negative bacteria should be given priority to consideration.
