摘 要:为研究Mg-10Gd-3Y-0.6Zr-1Ag(Mg-Gd-Y)镁合金的热变形行为,在MMS-200热压缩模拟试验机上进行热压缩试验。热压缩试验参数分别如下:变形温度623 K、673 K、723 K、773 K,应变速率0.001 s^(-1)、0.01 s^(-1)、0.1 s^(-1)、1 s^(-1),对其热压缩真应力-真应变曲线进行分析,构建该合金的流变应力本构方程,并建立峰值应力下的热加工图,通过电子背散射衍射(Electron backscatter diffraction,EBSD)技术分析该合金热变形后再结晶及织构的演变规律。结果表明,该合金具有连续的动态再结晶特征,且流变应力随应变速率增大和变形温度减小而升高;通过双曲正弦函数修正的Arrhenius关系计算出其变形激活能Q=181.08kJ/mol,应力指数n=4.3313;通过热加工图的分析确定其在T=390~500℃,ε=0.001~0.03s^(-1)参数范围内最适合热加工;EBSD检测结果表明在较高的变形温度以及较低的应变速率下变形时,再结晶更充分,合金的织构更弱。In order to study the hot deformation behavior of Mg-10Gd-3Y-0.6Zr-1Ag(Mg-Gd-Y)magnesium alloy,the hot compression test is carried out on MMS-200 hot compression simulation test machine.The parameters of the hot compression test are as follows:At 623 K,673 K,723 K,773 K,and strain rates 0.001 s^(-1),0.01 s^(-1),0.1 s^(-1),1 s^(-1),the true stress-true strain curve of thermal compression is analyzed,The constitutive equation of flow stress of the alloy is constructed,and the hot processing map under peak stress is established,The recrystallization and texture evolution of the alloy after hot deformation are analyzed by electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)technique.The results show that,the alloy has the characteristics of continuous dynamic recrystallization,and the flow stress increases with the increase of strain rate and the decrease of deformation temperature;The deformation activation energy Q=181.08 kJ/mol and stress index n=4.3313 are calculated by the hyperbolic sine modified Arrhenius relation;Through the analysis of hot processing map to determine its at T=390℃to 500℃,ε=0.001 s^(-1)to 0.03 s^(-1)parameter range is most suitable for hot working;EBSD test results show that the recrystallization is more complete and the texture of the alloy is weaker at higher deformation temperature and lower strain rate.
