摘  要:基于静态混合器的原理设计一种新的层倍增器(SK-LME),提出SK-LME的4个主要设计参数:单元直径(D)、单元厚度(t)、单元扭转角度(φ)、单位长度扭转角度(θ)。并以D=12 mm为例,通过流场模拟和示踪粒子直观地给出熔体在SK-LME中的叠层过程,引入层厚均匀度系数(C_(h))表征叠层效果,利用正交试验分析t、φ、θ对压降(ΔP)和C_(h)的影响,并通过单因素试验考查φ、旋向、流量的影响。结果显示,影响ΔP的显著因素有t、φ、θ,而影响C_(h)的显著因素只有φ。当φ在90°~210°的范围内变化时,SK-LME的ΔP会随着φ的增大而逐渐增大,C_(h)则会随着φ的增加先增大后减小,并在φ=135°时出现最大值。旋向对压力和C_(h)的影响都很小。流量对压力的影响较大,而对C_(h)的影响较小。A new layer multiplier(SK-LME)is designed based on the principle of static mixer.Four main design parameters of SK-LME are proposed,i.e.element diameter(D),element thickness(t),element torsion angle(φ)and torsion angle per unit(θ).The SK-LME with D of 12 mm is selected to study.The lamination process of melt in SK-LME is given through flow field simulation and tracer particles.The layer thickness uniformity coefficient(C_(h))is introduced to characterize the lamination quality.The effects of t,φandθon pressure drop(ΔP)and C_(h)are analyzed by orthogonal test,and the influences ofφ,rotation direction and flow rate are investigated using single factor test.The results showed that t,φandθare the significant factors affectingΔP,whileφis the only significant factor affecting C_(h).Whenφchanged from 90°to 210°,ΔP gradually increases with the increase ofφ.C_(h)first increases and then decreases with the increase ofφ,and the maximum value appear whenφ=135°.The rotation direction has little effect on pressure and C_(h).The flow rate has a greater impact on pressure and a smaller impact on C_(h).
