摘　　要：随着近年来孕产妇生活方式的改变和妊娠年龄的增加,人们对产科服务质量要求较前明显升高。《中国妇女发展纲要(2021—2030年)》指出要保障孕产妇安全分娩,针对孕产期妇女的健康需求,提供全方位健康管理服务,坚持保健与临床结合,预防为主、关口前移,发挥多学科协作优势,做到生殖健康和优生优育知识全面普及,促进健康孕育。本文运用JCI的标准与理念,探讨以孕妇为主,医护人员全员参与,“线上+线下”相结合的健康教育模式,规范孕期健康教育管理,提高健康教育质量和效果。通过初步探索发现,运用孕早期孕妇健康教育混合管理模型可提高孕妇记录饮食、运动打卡行为,舒缓压力和紧张情绪,增加母乳喂养信心,及时发现健康教育薄弱环节,养成良好的健康生活和监测记录习惯,促进健康行为建立,具有可行性和有效性,具有推广意义。With the changes of lifestyle in pregnant women and the increase of pregnancy age in recent years,people have a significantly higher demand for the quality of obstetric services.The Outline for the Development of Chinese Women(2021-2030)points out that it is necessary to ensure the safe delivery of pregnant women,provide comprehensive health management services according to health needs of pregnant women,adhere to the combination of health care and clinical care,give priority to prevention,give full play to the advantages of multidisciplinary cooperation,achieve the comprehensive popularization of reproductive health and eugenics knowledge in order to promote healthy pregnancy.Based on JCI standards and concepts,this paper discusses a health education model that focuses on pregnant women,involves all medical staff,and combines"online+offline"to standardize the management of health education during pregnancy and improve the quality and effect of health education.Through preliminary exploration,it is found that the mixed management model of health education for pregnant women in early pregnancy could improve their diet record and exercise clocking behaviors,relieve pressure and tension,increase breastfeeding confidence,find the weak links of health education in time,develop good healthy life and monitoring and recording habits,and promote the establishment of healthy behavior,which is feasible and effective and has promotion significance.
