摘　　要：绿色资本主义作为西方社会企图修复危机、寻求绿色变革的新表达开始被广泛接受,表面上呈现出一幅美好的绿色图景,虽有一定成效,但实质上仍不可持续。同时,随着资本主义内部矛盾的日益深化,持续对外扩张的生态帝国主义反复再现,危害着第三世界国家的生态环境与国家安全。事实上,无论是绿色资本主义隐蔽性的绿色攫取,还是生态帝国主义大张旗鼓的对外扩张,都反映出资本逻辑的掠夺本性,最终只会使其绿色幻象完全破灭。为了重塑全球生态正义,更是为了全人类的永续生存与发展,必须彻底超越资本主义发展逻辑,实现社会制度与价值观的双重变革。习近平生态文明思想和中国社会主义生态文明建设成就,向世界展现了中国式生态治理现代化的理念创新与实践担当,为推动全球绿色转型作出了表率与贡献。Green capitalism,as a new expression of Western society attempting to settle crisis and seek green change,has been widely accepted.However,the apparent beautiful green landscape,with certain achievements,is unsustainable in essence.At the same time,with deepening contradictions in capitalist societies,ecological imperialism continues to expand and endangers the ecology and national security of third world countries.In fact,both the covert green appropriation of green capitalism and the grandiose external expansion of ecological imperialism reflect the predatory nature of capital,which will only lead to complete destruction of its green illusion.In order to achieve global ecological justice,and more importantly,to ensure the survival and sustainable development of all mankind,we should completely transcend the logic of capitalist development and seek transformation in berms of both social system and values.Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and China's achievements in the construction of socialist ecological civilization have demonstrated to the world the concept-related innovation and practical responsibility in the Chinese path to modernization with regard to ecological governance,and have set an example for and made contributions to the promotion of global green transformation.
