摘　　要：脑动脉粥样硬化性狭窄是脑血管疾病的重要病因。近年来,研究人员不断探索能模拟人类脑动脉粥样硬化形成发展过程的各种动物模型,以验证各种治疗方法对脑动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的治疗效果。文章关注兔颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄模型的造模方法,对常用兔颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄模型的造模方法利弊进行综述,以期为建立适合介入性血管成形治疗研究的兔颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄模型提供建议。Cerebral atherosclerotic stenosis is an important etiology for cerebrovascular diseases.In recent years,researchers are constantly exploring animal models that can simulate the human cerebral atherosclerosis process,to verify the therapeutic effect of the cerebral atherosclerosis stenosis treatments.This article reviewed the modeling methods of rabbit carotid atherosclerotic stenosis model,and give comments on the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used modeling methods for rabbit carotid atherosclerotic stenosis models.Provides suggestions for the establishment of rabbit carotid atherosclerosis stenosis model suitable for interventional angioplasty study.
