摘　　要：2023年9月21日,以「公正與效率」為主题的第七屆海峽兩岸暨香港澳門司法高層論壇在澳門地區開幕。中國法官協會名譽會長張軍、澳門終審法院院長岑浩輝、香港終審法院首席法官張舉能、台灣中革法學會理事長黄茂榮出席開幕式並致辭。The 7^(th) Cross Strait and Hong Kong,Macao High-level Judicial Forum,with the theme of"Justice and Efficiency",was inaugurated in Macao region on September 21,2023.Zhang Jun,Honorary President of the China Judges Association,Sam Hou Fai,President of the Court of Final Appeal of Macao Special Administrative Region(SAR),Andrew Cheung Kui-nung,Chief Justice of the Court of Final Appeal of Hong Kong SAR,and Huang Maorong,President of the Chinese Society of Law in Taiwan,attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
