摘　　要：近年來,廣東省市場監管部門堅持以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導,認真贯徹落實黨中央、國務院關於「加強和改進反不正當競爭執法」「加強企業商業秘密保護」的決策部署,按照市場監管總局和廣東省委、省政府的工作要求,堅持高位推動,省局主要負責靠前指揮,多次組織專題會議研究部署,各地各級市場監管部門不斷加大反不正當競爭執法力度,探取系列措施建設健全商業秘密保護體系,加強商業秘密保護工作,營造公平競爭市場環境。In recent years,the Guangdong Administration for Market Regulation has adhered to the guidance of President Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,conscientiously implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on"strengthening and improving law enforcement in anti-unfair competition"and "strengthening the protection of enterprise trade secrets".
