摘 要:钻孔在工业生产中是一项很重要的工作,钻削不同材料及厚度的孔对麻花钻的切削角度的刃磨方法有不同的要求,尤其是薄板及超薄板的钻削对麻花钻的磨制要求较高。薄板通常为厚度0.1~3毫米的板材,超薄板为0.1毫米以下的板材。通过多年的实践和总结对钻削薄板及超薄板麻花钻的磨制方法进行了创新,磨制出的钻头在各类薄板及超薄板的加工中进行了应用,效果显著,大幅提升生产效率及钻孔精度,经测算平均提高效率4倍,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。Drilling is a crucial task in industrial production.Drilling holes of different materials and thickness requires different grinding methods for the cutting angles of the twist drill,especially for drilling thin and ultra-thin plates.Thin plates usually refer to sheet materials with a thickness of 0.1 to 3 millimeters,while ultra-thin plates refer to sheet materials with a thickness of less than 0.1 millimeter.Through years of practice and summary,innovative grinding methods have been developed for drilling thin and ultra-thin plates with twist drills.The drilled bits produced by these innovative methods have been applied in the processing of various thin and ultra-thin plates,which get significant results,and greatly improve the production efficiency and drilling accuracy.It has been estimated that the average efficiency is improved by 4 times,and good economic and social benefits has been got.
