摘 要:电弧增材制造技术具有制备成本低、材料利用率高、加工效率高等优点,在堆焊修复领域有广泛的应用前途。文章针对矿用输送机刮板在使用过程中出现的磨损失效现象,采取电弧增材制造技术进行修复,提出了使用激光扫描法三维重构受损刮板表面模型,采用仿真软件优化设计电弧增材堆焊路径,配合合理的焊接工艺参数的修复方案。修复结果表明,母材与熔覆金属结合紧密,焊缝成形美观,获得的焊缝质量符合技术要求,对矿用设备的焊接修复应用具有一定参考价值。Arc additive manufacturing technology has the advantages of low preparation cost,high material utilization rate and high processing efficiency,and has a wide application prospect in the field of surfacing repair.In this paper,aiming at the wear failure phenomenon of the scraper of the mine conveyor in the process of use,the arc additive manufacturing technology is adopted to repair,and the surface model of the damaged scraper is reconstructed by using the laser scanner.The simulation software is used to optimize the design of the arc additive surfacing path,and the repair scheme of the reasonable welding process parameters is matched.The repair results show that the base metal is closely combined with the cladding metal,the weld formation is beautiful,and the obtained weld quality meets the technical requirements,which has certain reference value for the welding repair application of mining equipment.
