摘  要:某160T弯板机球墨铸铁传动齿轮在工作中发生断齿现象,由于该型号弯板机齿轮配件已经无法采购,只能采取补焊方式修复。齿轮传输力很高,但采用常规补焊方法无法满足齿轮强度要求,且该大型齿轮属于球墨铸铁,焊接性不好,应采用铸铁热焊法补焊,但由于大型加热炉现场的条件无法满足,只能采用冷焊方式,冷焊容易产生白口组织,降低齿轮运行过程强度,再次产生断齿现象。因此,进行球墨铸铁焊接性分析,进而提出系统的维修补焊方案,有助于此类问题的顺利解决。A 160 T bending machine ductile iron drive gear of the company has broken teeth in the work.Because this type of bending machine belongs to the mechanical bending machine during the construction period,the gear accessories have been unable to purchase,and can only be repaired by repair welding.The transmission force of the gear is very high,but the conventional repair welding method can not meet the strength requirements of the gear,and the large gear belongs to the ductile iron,and the weldability is not good.The cast iron hot welding method should be used to repair the welding,but because the conditions of the large heating furnace site cannot be met,the cold welding method can only be used.Cold welding is easy to produce white microstructure,which reduces the strength of the gear during operation and causes tooth breakage again.Therefore,this paper analyzes the weldability of ductile iron,and then puts forward a systematic repair welding scheme,which is helpful to solve such problems smoothly.
