摘  要:针对电子产品加工过程中,使用范围广、用量大的多引脚插装器件,如数码管、DIP器件、继电器等器件的失效问题进行分析。发现传统手工焊接方法易产生热循环效应,造成器件引脚内部焊点融化,导致器件失效问题。经研究分析并结合生产实践经验,创新提炼出适用多引脚插装器件的跳跃焊接法。该方法通过改变多引脚插装器件的焊接路径,延长焊接点冷却时间,降低热量叠加对器件造成的热损伤,能将多引脚插装器件热损伤失效率控制在2%以内。该方法对提高多引脚插装器件焊接质量提供了可靠性,对同行业电子产品类似器件的焊接质量提升具有一定的指导意义。In this paper,the failure problem of multi-pin insertion devices,such as digital tube,DIP device,electric relay and so on,is analyzed in the process of weapon electronic products processing.It is found that the traditional manual welding method is easy to produce thermal cycling effect,which causes the melting of the solder joints inside the device pins and the failure of the device.The skip welding method which is suitable for multi-pin insertion device is innovated based on the research and analysis combined with production practice experience.By changing the welding path of the multi-pin insertion device,extending the cooling time of the welding points and reducing the thermal damage caused by heat superposition on the device,the thermal damage failure efficiency of the multi-pin insertion device can be controlled within 2%.This method provides reliability for improving the welding quality of multi-pin insertion devices and has certain guiding significance for improving the welding quality of similar electronic devices in the same industry.
