摘 要:特种车辆围板产品圈梁是外径近两米、截面为U形状的弯曲、成型类零件。冲压模具成型需较大工作台面和吨位的压力机。受设备加工能力的限制,目前采用组件拼焊成为了最为经济、高效的方法。当前零件平面度达8~10mm,远大于图纸要求的5mm。通过对零件组焊结构及其组件成形机理进行分析,得出平面度达不到要求的主要原因,并根据工厂现有设备,制定有效的解决方案,提升产品的实物质量。The ring beam of special vehicle coaming products is a curved and formed part with an outer diameter of nearly two meters and a U-shaped cross-section.Stamping die forming requires a larger worktable and a tonnage press.Due to the limitations of equipment processing capabilities,currently using component welding has become the most economical and efficient method.The current flatness of the parts reaches 8-10mm,far exceeding the 5mm required by the drawing.By analyzing the welding structure of parts and the forming mechanism of their components,the main reasons for the flatness not meeting the requirements are identified.Based on the existing equipment in the factory,effective solutions are developed to improve the physical quality of the products.
