摘　　要：结晶器是炼钢厂连铸生产过程中的核心设备,又称连铸机的“心脏”主要作用是把液态钢水快速、连续不断地凝固。结晶器的工作性能直接影响铸坯的质量、生产效率、安全生产等方面,其中结晶器的锥度参数是影响其性能最重要的指标。本文针对异形坯结晶器在实际生产过程中关键尺寸参数检测较困难或精度不高的情况,提出合理化解决方案,对企业安全生产、提高生产效率、保证产品质量、提高经济效益具有重要的指导意义。Mould is the core equipment in the process of continuous casting production in steel mills,also known as the heart of continuous casting machine.Its main function is to solidify liquid steel rapidly and continuously.The working performance of it directly affects the quality,production efficiency and safety of the casting blank,among which the taper parameter of the mould is the most important index affecting its performance.In this paper,it is difficult to detect the key dimension parameters of the beam blank mould in the actual production process or the precision is not high,and a reasonable solution is proposed,which has important guiding significance for enterprise safety production,improving production efficiency,ensuring product quality and improving economic benefit.
