摘 要:针对我军报废弹药分解拆卸作业线及配套设备陈旧落后、适用弹种单一、劳动强度大、安全风险高、作业效率低等情况,分析当前报废弹药分解拆卸作业的发展趋势。提出将柔性生产技术运用到报废弹药分解拆卸作业中,并对其应用进行探索。结果表明:将柔性生产技术与报废弹药分解拆卸作业线结合,可大幅提升作业线的弹种适用性,减少作业人员,降低安全风险,提升作业效率,为今后报废炮弹分解拆卸柔性生产技术的发展提供参考。Aiming at the situation of abandoned ammunition decomposition and disassembly operation line and its supporting equipment,single type of ammunition,high labor intensity,high safety risk and low operation efficiency,the current development trend of abandoned ammunition disassembly operation is analyzed.It is proposed to apply the flexible production technology to the disassembly operation of abandoned ammunition,and its application is explored.The results show that the combination of flexible production technology and abandoned ammunition decomposition and disassembly line can greatly improve the applicability of ammunition,reduce the number of operators,reduce the safety risk,and improve the operation efficiency,which can provide a reference for the future development of flexible production technology of abandoned ammunition decomposition and disassembly.
