摘　　要：现代日常生活中有各式各样的新型食物容器,搪瓷材料因兼有耐久性与装饰性特点而备受消费者欢迎。因此,对食品接触级的搪瓷材料进行安全性评价尤为重要。通过对比世界主要国家和地区关于食品接触级材料的有毒元素浸出实验与限量的法规和标准,归纳出各法规标准间的差异性,为食品接触级搪瓷材料的安全性检测和新标准制定提供参考。文章总结了中国相关标准的发展历程,为面向国际市场的食品级搪瓷生产商与供销商提供技术信息。There are a variety of newfood contact materials in daily life,and enamelware is becoming more and more popular for its versatility and durability.Therefore,it is particularly important to evaluate the safety of food-contact enamel materials.This paper summarizes and tabulates the regulations and standards for the migration tests and limits on elements leached from food contact enamelware in several major markets across the world.A brief discussion regarding the evolution of related standards in China(Mainland)is also carried out.This paper is expected to provide some technical insight for manufacturers and suppliers of food contact enamelware,who wish to export their products to international markets.
