摘 要:以往的配电网故障快速复电技术由于没有考虑到网损,导致配电网故障快速复电技术的网损量太大,因此提出了考虑网损的配电网故障快速复电技术。通过配电网实时状态估计,将原本的不良数据转变成高精度数据,让配电网获取准确的数据信息,并通过拓扑辨识定位故障位置,对故障区域进行故障隔离,在考虑网损的情况下,计算出故障恢复的目标函数,从而完成配电网故障快速复电技术。最后,与传统的配电网故障复电技术进行了对比实验,实验结果表示提出的配电网故障快速复电技术具有更好的应用效果,网损量更小。The previous rapid restoration technology for distribution network faults did not take into account network losses,resulting in a large amount of network losses in the rapid restoration technology for distribution network faults.Therefore,a fast restoration technology for distribution network faults considering network losses has been proposed.Through real-time state estimation of the distribution network,the original bad data is transformed into high-precision data,allowing the distribution network to obtain accurate data information and thereby realizing fault location through topology identification and isolation of fault area.Then,considering network loss,the objective function of fault recovery is calculated,thus achieving rapid restoration.The proposed method has been proved by comparative experiment to have better applicative utility compared with conventional technology and smaller network loss.
