摘  要:某35 kV专线用户,智能电能表接线方式为三相三线,电压互感器采用V-V接线,计量综合倍率为35000,由于新装工作人员疏忽将智能电能表a相电流极性反接,造成计量异常,同时电压相序误接为逆相序cba,ac两相电流接线对换。以该计量故障为案例,结合采集系统及现场检验数据,从故障现象、更正措施、故障处理等方面进行了全过程分析。为保证计量准确、运行可靠,从管理机制、技术措施方面提出了防范措施。The smart electricity meter of a 35 kV special line user adopts three-phase-three-wire wiring mode with a V-V connected voltage transformer,and the comprehensive ratio of measurement is 35,000.Due to the negligence of personnel responsible for installation,the A-phase current polarity was inversely connected resulting in measurement anomaly,and wrong connection of voltage phase sequence cba,ac two-phase current connection switch.According to the measurement fault as a case,combined with the acquisition system and field inspection data,the whole process of fault phenomenon,corrective measures,fault treatment and other aspects are analyzed.In order to ensure accurate measurement and reliable operation,preventive measures are put forward from the perspectives of management mechanism and technical measures.
