摘 要:ZW32-12型断路器的弹簧操动机构易发生故障,因此减小操动机构故障率将提高断路器可靠性。利用Solidworks Motion和Simulation模块对断路器进行动力学分析,着重对分合闸时间、分合闸速度、动静触头接触力和弹簧力大小进行分析,并在此基础上对操动机构中关键零件进行应力分析和优化设计。结果表明:通过优化超程弹簧压缩长度,调整超程弹簧预紧力的方式可以缩短合闸弹跳时间;增加磙销直径可以减小其最大应力,当直径增加为5.5 mm时,其最大应力低于屈服强度。ZW32-12 circuit breaker is prone to failure in spring operating mechanism,so reducing failure rate of operating mechanism will improve the breaker′s reliability.In this paper,we use Solidworks Motion and Simulation modules to analyze dynamics of the circuit breaker,focusing on breaking and closing time,breaking and closing speed,dynamic and static contact force and spring force magnitude.And on this basis,we conduct stress analysis and optimization design of key parts in the operating mechanism.The results show that by optimizing compression length and adjusting preload of the overtravel spring,the closing bounce time can be reduced.Increment in roller pin diameter leads to reduced maximum stress,and a maximum stress lower than yield strength can be achieved when roller pin diameter is increased to 5.5 mm.
