摘　　要：对火力发电厂化学监督管理策略进行深入剖析,重点对化学监督的组织领导强化、处置流程规范、监督职责落实、指标跟踪及闭环验证等管理环节与方式进行深入分析,阐述了电厂化学监督管理的创新思路,为电厂化学监督管理工作提供借鉴。An in-depth analysis is conducted on the chemical supervision and management strategies of thermal power plants,with a focus on strengthening the organizational leadership,standardizing the disposal process,implementing supervision responsibilities,tracking indicators,and closed-loop verification of chemical supervision.The innovative ideas for chemical supervision and management in power plants are elaborated,which offers reference for chemical supervision and management activities in power plants.
