摘 要:某定速立式电动机在静止时就有较大振幅,运行过程中发现其驱动端波形有削波现象,非驱动端振动较驱动端大,非驱动端东西方向振动较南北方向大,且振幅波动大。后经分析、拆解和试验验证,发现其驱动端削波现象是由动静碰摩引起的,非驱动端振动超标是由法兰共振引起的,东西方向振动大是由该方向支撑刚度不足导致的,振幅波动大是由拍振引起的。通过采取在法兰处焊接槽钢,放置隔振材料等处理措施,解决了电动机异常振动的问题。The fixed-speed vertical motor exhibited a significant amplitude even when stationary.During operation,waveform distortion was observed at the drive end,while the non-drive end exhibits greater vibration compared to the drive end.Vibration at non-drive end appears higher in the east-west direction than that in the north-south direction,and there was considerable fluctuation in the amplitude.Analysis,disassembly,and experimental validation revealed that the waveform distortion at the drive end was caused by dynamic-static friction,excessive vibration at the non-drive end was due to flange resonance,inadequate support stiffness caused higher vibration in the east-west direction,and fluctuation in the amplitude was caused by beat vibration.The issue of abnormal motor vibration is resolved by welding channel steel at the flange and implementing vibration isolation materials.
