辣椒新品种‘湘剁辣1号’的选育

摘　　要：‘湘剁辣1号’是以17MX3-2-1-3-2为母本,18CS11-3为父本配制而成的一代杂交组合。该品种为中熟长线椒,果长27.5 cm,果肩径1.6 cm,果肉厚0.15 cm,果形指数17.19,单果平均鲜质量21.7 g,单株平均结果数65个。青果翠绿色,生理成熟果鲜红色。鲜红椒果实中Vc含量为1.63 mg/g,可溶性蛋白质含量为5.62 mg/g,粗纤维含量为2.89 mg/g,干红椒果实中辣椒素含量为0.17%。每667 m2鲜椒产量稳定在2000 kg以上。适宜在湖南、山西、河南、四川、海南、云南等地露地或设施大棚栽培。‘Xiangduola 1’is a F1 hybrid pepper with medium-maturity and long fruit,which is bred using 17MX3-2-1-3-2 as the female parent and 18CS11-3 as the male parent.Its fruit length,shoulder diameter,pulp thickness,and fruit shape index are 27.5 cm,1.6 cm,0.15 cm,and 17.19,respectively.With the average fruit weight of 21.7 g,‘Xiangduola 1’has 65 fruits per plant on average.Its immature fruit is emerald green,while mature fruit is bright red.The contents of Vc,soluble protein,crude fiber of the fresh red fruits,and capsaicin of the dried fruits for this cultivar are 1.63 mg/g,5.62 mg/g,2.89 mg/g,and 0.17%respectively.Its yield is about 2000 kg/667 m2.This cultivar is suitable for cultivation in open fields or greenhouses in the provinces of Hunan,Shanxi,Henan,Sichuan,Hainan,and Yunnan.
