摘 要:井筒是矿井的咽喉,矿井所有煤炭提升和人员、设备、材料、矸石升降及矿井通风等均需通过矿井井筒完成,具有投资大、建设周期长、服务年限长、矿井投产后维修困难等特点。结合我国西部地区立井井筒施工所穿过地层特点,分析、总结井筒冻结、井壁结构设计、井筒施工技术等关键技术,成功实施了神华集团杭锦旗能源有限公司塔然高勒矿井冻结断裂井壁修复工作,相关成果可供类似井筒设计、施工参考。The shaft is the throat of the mine,and all coal lifting,personnel,equipment,materials,gangue lifting and mine ventilation must be completed through the shaft,which has the characteristics of high investment,long construction cycle,long service life,and difficult maintenance after the mine is put into operation.Based on the characteristics of strata through shaft construction in western China,key technologies such as shaft freezing,shaft wall structure design and shaft construction technology were analyzed and summarized,and the repair work of frozen fracture shaft wall of Taran Gaole Mine of Hangjinqi Energy Company Limited of Shenhua Group was successfully implemented.The relevant results could be used as reference for similar shaft design and construction.
