摘　　要：论文根据武器系统效能评估指标体系构建原则和过程,对某新型车载加榴炮的系统结构、主要功能特点和效能指标进行分析,从指挥控制能力、火力打击能力、机动能力和生存能力等方面构建了该武器系统效能评估指标体系并进行完整性、有效性检验,为下步研究其效能评估打下基础,提供重要的参考价值。According to the principle and process of building the effectiveness evaluation index system of the weapon system,this paper analyzes the system structure,main functional characteristics and effectiveness indicators of a new vehicle mounted howit⁃zer,and construccts the effectiveness evaluation index system of the weapon system from the aspects of command and control capa⁃bility,fire strike capability,mobility and survivability,and tests its integrity and effectiveness,laying a foundation for the next step of research on its effectiveness evaluation,it provides important reference value.
