摘 要:为了实现舰艇涡流磁场的数值计算及实时预测。采用磁变模拟方法将运动引起的涡流磁场转化为变化磁场激励引起的涡流磁场,基于泰勒级数分解将暂态问题分解成一系列效率较高的稳态问题,从而实现了舰艇涡流磁场的数值计算;针对涡流磁场实时预测问题,分析了不同频率不同深度不同位置上的涡流磁场分布规律,提出了一种基于线性插值的涡流磁场实时预测方法。数值实验表明:插值预测结果误差均在8%以内,其中虚部最大误差为8%,实部最大误差为5%。适当地选择插值频率及频率点数可提高插值精度,提出的预测算法可进一步推广应用至实际消磁勤务中。In order to realize the numerical calculation of ship eddy current magnetic field and real-time prediction of eddy current magnetic field.The magnetic variation simulation method is used to convert the eddy current magnetic field caused by mo⁃tion into the eddy current magnetic field caused by variable magnetic field excitation.Based on Taylor series decomposition,the transient problem is decomposed into a series of more efficient steady-state problems,so as to realize the numerical calculation of ship eddy current magnetic field.Aiming at the problem of real-time prediction of eddy current magnetic field,the distribution law of eddy current magnetic field at different frequencies,depths and positions is analyzed,and a real-time prediction method of eddy current magnetic field based on linear interpolation is proposed.The numerical experiments show that the error of interpolation pre⁃diction results is within 8%,in which the maximum error of imaginary part is 8%and the maximum error of real part is 5%.Proper selection of interpolation frequency and frequency points can improve the interpolation accuracy,and the proposed prediction algo⁃rithm can be further extended to practical demagnetization service.
