摘  要:良好的同伴支持、合理的训练负荷是提升团体项目运动员主观幸福感的有效途径。本文运用文献法、归纳法介绍了运动员主观幸福感和训练负荷的内涵,在分析团体项目运动员主观幸福感与训练负荷关系的基础上提出了训练方法的创新策略,旨在为团体项目运动员的训练和比赛提供有益的依据和借鉴。策略包括合理调控训练负荷,提高运动适应能力;加强训练监控,掌握多种恢复手段;注重团体心理辅导,获取同伴支持;加强心理技能训练,营造宽松的训练环境。Good peer support and reasonable training load are effective ways to improve the subjective well-being of team event athletes.Using literature review and induction,the connotation of subjective well-being and training load of athletes are introduced.Based on the analysis of the relationship between subjective well-being and training load of team event athletes,innovative strategies for training methods are proposed,aiming to provide useful basis and reference for the training and competition of team event athletes,including reasonable regulation of training load and improving the sports adaptability,strengthening training monitoring and mastering various recovery methods,paying attention to group psychological counseling and obtaining peer support,and strengthening psychological skill training and creating a relaxed training environment.
